The Inquiry has instructed Dr. J. Duncan Glover, Failure Electrical LLC, as an expert witness.
Dr. Glover specialises in issues pertaining to electrical engineering, particularly as they relate to failure analysis of electrical systems, subsystems and components, including causes of electrical fires.
