The Inquiry has written to core participants with an update on the application for an undertaking from the Attorney General.
The Inquiry Panel has issued their Ruling on the application to seek an undertaking. The Panel has decided to seek the undertaking from the Attorney General. You can read the Ruling here.
The Inquiry will publish the Panel’s letter to the Attorney General on its correspondence page once it has been sent.
In light of the Ruling hearings will not resume before 24 February 2020. The Inquiry will provide a further update on the timetable prior to 24 February.
