Phase 1 disclosure

As outlined in the Chairman’s statement, over the last 12 months, the Inquiry has disclosed over 20,000 documents relevant to Phase 1.

If further relevant Phase 1 material is provided to the Inquiry, this will be disclosed to the Inquiry’s core participants (CPs). The Inquiry will also keep under review whether CPs may need to be given the opportunity to make further submissions on any such material.

Publication of evidence

The Inquiry will continue to publish all documents which are relevant to the Phase 1 report. They will be added to the evidence page on the Inquiry’s website.

CPs will be notified when any future evidence is due to be published, which would have already been provided to CPs through the disclosure process.  A news story will be posted on the Inquiry’s website, with a schedule of the documents to be published. Links will also be posted on the Inquiry’s twitter account.

Redaction protocol for Phase 2

The Inquiry has published a protocol which covers the redaction of documents relevant to Phase 2 of the Inquiry.

There is further information on redactions in the Inquiry’s guide.
