Hearings have been paused until January.

The Inquiry was made aware today that an individual who was onsite last week has tested positive for Covid-19. The individual was last at the venue on 4 December and, accordingly, a number of other individuals have been told to isolate.

The Inquiry has strong precautions in place to maintain two-metre distancing between attendees, so this will hopefully be an isolated case. However due to the reduction in staff numbers, and in the interest of safety, the Chairman has made the difficult decision to suspend hearings.

Hearings were due to finish Thursday 17 December for the Christmas period, so the Inquiry will now resume on 11 January 2021.
