Support arrangements during the Christmas period

If you have been affected and need to talk about anything to do with your emotional wellbeing over Christmas and the New Year, the NHS website has further information www.grenfellwellbeing.com. The Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service (tel: 0208 637 6279) is open throughout the holiday period, 8am to 8pm Monday-Thursday and 8am to 5pm Friday.  On Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day the phone lines will be open from 9am to 5pm.  For out-of-hours emergency support, please call the Urgent Advice Line on 0800 0234 650.

Suspension of hearings

On 9 December, an individual who had been on-site tested positive for COVID-19. Accordingly, a number of other individuals were told to isolate and, due to the reduction in staff numbers, and in the interest of safety, hearings were suspended before they were due to finish on 17 December for the Christmas period.

It remains, at present, the Inquiry’s plan to resume hearings on 11 January 2021 and continue with the current limited attendance model that has been in place since July 2020. The Inquiry will however continue to take stock of the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation at the turn of the year.

Module 2 - Cladding Products Factsheet

The Inquiry has published a factsheet which summarises the scope of Module 2 investigations. This can be found here.
